Return & Refund Policy 

At Easy Move Home, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Because our products include custom-built and large modular/container homes, special return conditions apply.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Most of our homes are custom-built or made to order.
For this reason, all sales are final once production has started.

Refunds or cancellations are not possible after manufacturing begins.

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the order if production has not started.

• After 48 hours or once production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your home is delivered with:

• Structural damage

• Manufacturing defects

• Missing major components

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Photos or videos of the issue

• Order number

We will arrange:

• Repair, replacement of damaged parts, or

• Partial or full refund (depending on the case)

4. Delivery Issues  

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping companies

• Customs clearance

• Weather or force majeure

However, we will assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

• Custom container homes

• Modified designs

• Installed or used units

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

• Processing time: 7–14 business days
