Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully received.

4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

Accept or reject any order
Limit quantities purchased

Orders may be canceled only within 48 hours if production has not started. Once production begins, cancellation is not allowed.

5. Production & Delivery

Production timelines vary based on customization and availability.
Delivery times are estimates and guaranteed.
EasyMove Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping companies, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Installation & Site Preparation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Installation is the customer’s responsibility
Site access, foundation, permits, and utilities are the customer’s responsibility

EasyMove Home is not liable for issues caused by improper site preparation or installation.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final once production has started
Refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy

8. Warranty & Liability

We provide warranty coverage as stated in individual product agreements.

EasyMove Home is not responsible for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Loss of profits or business interruption
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper installation
